To celebrate the new building mechanic, I'm holding a competition. Details in the video above.
The new building mechanic allows you to build free-form rooms, to give you more freedom over how you want your offices to look and function. You can read a more detailed rundown of the mechanic here: http://www.indiedb.com/games/software-inc/news/building-mechanic-replaced.
The new update also includes a new temperature system, which allows you to heat up entire buildings with air conditioning and central heating systems.
And as an added bonus, the hiring mechanics have been overhauled. You now offer a salary upfront to entice potential candidates.
The next update will bring control over product pricing, improved team management and market analysis tools.
