Gamepad Movement Fix

Player Movement (Gamepad)

There has been a change regarding the movement with the gamepad's left stick.

The reason for the update is to provide both keyboard/ mouse users, as well as gamepad users, with the same gameplay experience.

Now the gamepad direction rotation rate works the same as the W, A, S, D key input.
