We are happy to announce you that the infamous "Infinite Stamina Bug" is now solved.
We would like to remind our players that every legitimately reported users will be banned accordingly to our Ingame Violation rules.
We want to thank everyone of our Community that shared videos showing these cheaters in action, but we would like to remind you that, to report cheaters, you must:
- 1- Create a Ticket in our Customer Support System.
- 2- In the Ticket, add every useful information like the nickname of the violator and a valid proof like a video showing the player cheating. - Be aware that telling "The entire xxx Faction is cheating" or "This guy is a cheater" without giving proofs will have no effect.
- 3- Last but not least, be patient. We control them! - Please remember that we read, check, report and answer every single ticket we receive!
Every violator will be punished one day or another.
Please, do not try bugs, macros or cheats and keep your account safe.
We will continue to work hard to ensure the game is as safe and enjoyable as possible.
