Hey everyone!
We still can’t quite believe the day is finally here. The open Midnight Souls playtest is officially live! You will be able to play the game from September 15 to September 22, inclusive.
Here’s what’s waiting for you:
The entire first chapter is playable, packed with mysteries and unexpected discoveries.
Camomile Peaks, day and night: around 6 locations, 10+ characters, and dozens of rooms to explore.
Stories and conversations with the town’s wonderfully weird residents, slowly revealing the secrets of this little town.
Three full mini-games and one very important QTE. If you fail it... we’ll know. Everyone will know!
Chases, puzzles, and dangerous situations that you might not get through on your first try.
A progression system built around finding special items.
Around 30 items to find. And yes, 6 of them are glass bottles. For some reason.
4 music tracks hidden around the town.
A little quiz for the sharp-eyed: can you figure out which dialogues and pieces of art are still placeholders?
More than 150 MB of pure pleasure!
What more could you possibly need for a good evening?
