First Patch fixing bugs

First patch is here.

I fixed the Co-Op camera bug after the first player is killed.

Also, I fixed minor bugs. Here is the list:

-Sometimes the second character won't spawn after death.

-No pad controls in the game over screen.

-choppy game over text

-choppy pause text

-deleted add to wishlist button in menu ;)

-Now the steam status and version number are only in the menu.
