Happy holidays, and thank you to everyone who continues to follow Curse of Dominion.
Over the past several weeks, I’ve been steadily working on the game and making foundational progress across multiple systems. The image attached to this post shows the updated protagonist design within a newly redesigned version of Erindos. Both the character and environment are still works in progress, but they reflect the current direction of the project.
I’m not ready to announce a release date for the next demo yet, but I wanted to share a preview of some of what’s new and what I’ve already been making progress on. The next demo will introduce and expand on several elements that were not present in the previous release, including:
Improved keyboard and mouse support
The opening of the story, replacing the previous placeholder introduction
Activities within Erindos that allow you to progress the story, level characters, build loyalty, customize equipment, and more
A navigable hub structure with map and navigation support
New original music composed specifically for the game by ieleielei Music
Additional features and refinements that will be shared closer to release
More broadly, development is continuing with a strong focus on long-term structure and clarity. Some systems and content are still actively evolving, but the goal is for future demos to better reflect the intended shape and pacing of the game.
Thank you again to everyone who has wishlisted the game, shared feedback, or taken the time to follow its progress. Your interest and patience are greatly appreciated.
Wishing you a safe and happy holiday season.
