Performance update (for testing purposes) to the Demo Playtest build.

In the past months I've been focusing on performance improvements to address some of the issues players were having on low/medium and high setups. Framerates should now be improved on all presets, especially allowing more options to be tweaked for low and medium setups. I've also completely reworked the saving system with more performant autosaving.

(!) Note: If you're playing on an older save from 0.1.4 or earlier, you'll have to toggle between the quality presets or reset to default video settings to apply the new changes correctly.

(!) Note: If you're playing on an older save from 0.1.4 or earlier the autosaving will still default to the less performant method to ensure backwards compatibility. Fresh saves use the new system.

Changes:
- Reworked Low / Medium / High quality presets
- Added a Global Illumination option to turn Lumen off completely on lower end hardware
- Added TSR / TAA / FXAA / NO AA Anti Aliasing options to the video settings menu
- Added and optimized CSM / VSM Shadow settings
- Added and optimized Off / SSR / Lumen options for Reflections
- Added Texture resolution settings
- Added a new Brightness setting slider to brighten dark or hard to see areas on certain screens
- Added ceiling lights to darker areas in the lower level to help with navigation
- Reduced and cleaned up files sizes, materials, engine settings, redundant code and more
- Optimized clouds and other elements in the environment
- Optimized and reworked performance intensive blueprints
- Optimized and reworked auto-saving to reduce hitches on new saves
- Changed the default Steam Deck preset to Low for 60 FPS (Medium runs at 30-40 FPS)

Bugs:
- Fixed an issue where setting Global Illumination to Medium made certain areas in the game too dark and hard to see. Medium (Lumen) is now the default for increased performance.
- Fixed an issue where screen fade transitions would not cover the full screen on 21:9 monitors

Updated Requirements Minimum:
- GTX 1050 Ti for ~60 FPS on Low settings
- DirectX Version 12 is required
- Integrated Intel GPUs are not supported

If you had performance issues before, or an older graphics card, let me know if these new options made a difference on your machine. Sharing your preset (low/medium/high), your FPS (displayed in the video settings menu) and your graphics card with me would be very helpful.
