Hey Rentlords!
Are you ready to evict single mothers for money?
Tenant System
From now on, every time you buy a property, you’ll get to choose from three different tenants. Each one comes with a unique trait. Some pay more rent. Some boost nearby buildings. Some are just dead weight.
It’s your job to decide who moves in.
These traits aren’t just for flavor. We’re adding plugins that give bonuses based on tenant traits, opening up entirely new build paths. You can go all-in on lazy tenants, elitists, loyalists, whatever gives you the edge.
And if someone isn’t pulling their weight?
Evict them. No hesitation. Sometimes eviction leads to more rent
To support this system, 10 new plugins and 1 new portfolio are on the way. They’re built around tenant traits and open up entirely new ways to manipulate your tenants.
Eviction Update is coming on 28th July, as a free content update to the base game!
