Well… I wish I were making this up.
A few days ago, I shared how Steam was having a HARD time reviewing Soul Chained. They couldn't reach Grundle the Defiler to confirm that his rather impressive pixelated equipment isn't - well, for lack of a better term - pornography.
It turns out the situation has gone from anxiously funny to frustratingly funny. Steam needs more time to complete its review, which means the final build hasn't been approved yet.
With that said, Soul Chained will no longer be launching on August 31st as planned.
For now, the Steam release is delayed until the review is completed and the build is approved. As soon as that happens, I'll post another update confirming exactly when you'll finally be able to enter Purgatory.
I can't believe I'm delaying my game because of Grundle's pixelated junk, but here we are.
Anyway, thanks for bearing with me, and I apologize to those who were as excited to fight Grundle and his minion. Don't worry - this shouldn't take too long. See you very soon!
