Changes:
-Removed shaking of screen but kept shaking of clock when time almost runs out.
-Added the ability to hover over action cards and show exactly how they work
-Make Chaos not the default setting
-Turns off the ability to see action history if fog of war is on
-Final result of dice is now displayed.
-On fog of war all resource information about players and the bank is hidden
