Greetings Thieves,
Following the large Update 1.6, I wanted to focus on fixing bugs and adding a few new features that weren’t quite ready in time for the launch of 1.6.
Thank you all for the recent feedback on the new Finale, as well as everyone who has taken the time to report bugs they’ve encountered. With that out of the way, let’s get onto the patch notes!
Gameplay:
Added the new Alarm Kit, which pings any enemy AI that enters a specific area. Perfect for those of you chasing Ghost bonuses.
Added four new unlockable achievements and titles: Usurper, Royal Auditor, Gold Hoarder, and Hoarder of Fortune.
Added a new “Reset Keybindings” option within the Keyboard & Mouse settings page.
Added new tutorial tooltips for the Drill Parts and Book of the Damned items.
Added new ping sound effect for better clarity and feedback.
Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug where sometimes Career mode would not end when the team did not have the Team Funds/days available to tackle the Finale heist.
Fixed a bug that caused multiple instances of the soundtrack to play over eachother when players would be rescued from jail cell.
Fixed a collision bug for enemy Guards on the Ledger Of Lies finale that prevented them from pathing correctly upstairs.
Fixed a bug where some of the Jewlery boxes would spawn at the wrong angle on Jewels Of The Trade contract.
Fixed a bug that caused Drill Oil to spawn behind some doors on the Ledger Of Lies finale.
Fixed a bug where some of the pipes would not play footstep sounds on Ledger Of Lies finale.
Fixed a collision bug that caused Players to get stuck in a corner on Jewels Of The Trade contract.
Fixed a bug that caused some of the puzzle levers on The Brain Drain contract to not spawn on walls correctly.
Fixed a bug that caused more Relics to spawn than nessasary on some contracts.
Fixed a visual bug that caused Career start up report to incorrectly display the number of days available on Hard difficulty.
As always if you have any feedback or bugs to report, you can do so right here in Steam's own discussions page. Alternatively if you’d like to connect with fellow thieves and report bugs on the official Discord server you can join today.
Happy heisitng!
