Update v0.8.14 - Quest Overhaul

-Quests gems have been removed from the game
-Quests are completed as soon as you meet the requirements
-Ineligible quests are hidden by runic text
-Most quests are active by default and can be completed at any time
-Some will remain hidden until certain requirements are met
-Many new quests added
-All quest progress has been reset, but most quests can be completed in any order
-Added chat bubbles and and some minor NPC dialog
-Fixed bug where high level mobs were giving too much xp
-Xp of quests increased slightly to compensate
