This is a quick patch that adds some QoL fixes along with some brand new content!
Mystic Fishing 8-12-25 Patch Notes:
🎣ADDED New Achievement for catching all fish in demo
-Catching all 19 fish in the demo and then speaking with Sakura's father will activate a new scene and give you a new achievement, bringing the total to 10 achievements
🎣ADDED Character Glossary
-Located in the Fish Encyclopedia, player now has access to a short glossary that summaries important main characters that updates as the game goes on.
🎣ADDED New Shortcut to Access Save Menu
-Player can now access the save menu at the press of a button (keybind) instead of having to go through the menu
🎣ADDED Brand New Interactions with Certain Characters
-New event interactions with Kiara and Sakura's Father after meeting certain requirements
🎣UPDATED Access to Quick Reel
-First added to Nemona's shop in the 2.0 update, this change moves the item to a new location in the world where the player can receive it earlier than before (and for free!)
🎣ADJUSTED Cost and Damage of Skills
-Some skills had their cost and damage adjusted to provide a better challenge for players
🎣ADJUSTED River Fish Encounter Rates
-It should be easier to find Salmon and Rainbow Trout now. Mileage may vary.
🎣General QoL Changes and Typo Fixes
-I work on this game at 2am and sometimes I make typos. Oops.
