Think you’ve mastered the Reach? Think again.
Starting today, new anomalies will be rotating into the Reach every few weeks!
Each new rotation will bring one new anomaly, which can alter your crew's plans in new and exciting ways! These anomalies range from new points of interest, mysterious artifacts, environmental hazards, and maybe a powerful object or two to give you an edge in the hunt.
NOTE: Once added, anomalies will remain part of the game's randomization pool!
ROTATION 1
NEW POINT OF INTEREST: OBELISK
(Available starting August 7)
A huge alien structure emerges from the cosmos! The Obelisk is a sprawling POI—tough to conquer and packed with epic loot… maybe even the stage for an Artifact showdown.
ROTATION 2
NEW OBJECT: ANCIENT RELIC
(Available starting August 21)
This strange object will sometimes appear in Loot Rooms. Interacting with the Ancient Relic will trigger unpredictable effects. Use the object to open a portal to who knows where!
ROTATION 3
NEW ARTIFACT TYPE: WEAPON ARTIFACT
(Available starting September 4)
You may not be able to teleport while holding the Weapon Artifact, but here's what you can do: laser people. This new Artifact type fires a beam of energy with infinite ammo, capable of tearing through both prospectors and ships. Cut clean through anything you can aim at…assuming you can aim.
ROTATION 4
NEW HARDPOINT: DEFENSE DRONE
(Coming Soon)
When installed and activated, this hardpoint deploys a loyal little drone that temporarily intercepts incoming projectile fire from enemy ships. It may be small, but it packs a big counter-punch.
The Reach gives, the Reach takes, and now...the Reach rotates!
So keep your processors full, your guns reloaded, and your eyes on the evolving skies.
