Megurinaku, one of the grotesque beings that appear in Izanami Yako, resembles a giant insect. She endlessly circles confined spaces with a chilling calm.
Her wide, expressionless eyes stare into nothingness—eyes that see, yet do not reflect thought or emotion. Without pause or hesitation, she traces the same path, again and again.

Megurinaku follows a fixed circular path, never directly chasing the player. But if you stray into her path, escape routes quickly vanish.
Though her movements seem simple, the surrounding structure and your own panic can turn her into an overwhelming threat.

Her eyes, forever open, no longer know what they seek. Curled into herself, she continues to circle endlessly—searching for someone… or something… that she can no longer remember.
