My Evil lords, the wait is over!
After all the building, testing, tweaking, balancing, feedback, and polishing, Packed Lair is officially available NOW on Steam!
It’s been an incredible journey getting here, and we’re beyond excited to finally put the full game into your hands.
Build Your Perfect Evil Lair
In Packed Lair, you’re an evil lord with two problems: heroes keep invading your home, and you really don’t have enough floor space.
Draft buildings, rotate them into place, and pack every available tile of your cramped lair. Smart positioning creates powerful synergies, generates resources, and helps you build an increasingly ridiculous army of monsters.
Every tile matters. Every placement shapes your strategy.
Build Your Army. Unleash the Chaos.
Once your lair is ready, send your minions into battle against wave after wave of invading heroes.
Your army fights automatically, but that doesn’t mean you have to sit back and watch. Cast spells during combat to tip the odds in your favor and rescue your carefully constructed evil empire when things inevitably get messy.
Build. Battle. Adapt. Repeat.
Experiment with different buildings, discover new synergies, expand your options, and find increasingly devious ways to turn limited space into a monster-making machine.
Thank You!
We also want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Packed Lair on the road to release.
Whether you wishlisted the game, played one of the demos, reported a bug, shared feedback, suggested balance changes, or showed us one of your wonderfully absurd lair layouts...... you’ve helped us make Packed Lair a better game.
And now comes the part WE have been waiting for:
We finally get to see what YOU build.
We can’t wait to discover the strategies you come up with, see the ridiculous monster machines you create, and hear what you think of the full game.
So pack your buildings, summon your minions, and remind those heroes that breaking into someone else’s evil lair is extremely rude.
Packed Lair is AVAILABLE NOW!
Play Packed Lair today and let us know what you think!
And if you enjoy your time in the lair, leaving a Steam review is one of the best ways you can help support the game and its future.
Thank you for joining us on this journey.
Now go build something evil and show those do-gooders the door!
