This smaller update makes afflicted enemies more dangerous, strengthens the consequences of starvation, and announces a major update to the Mistaken Fandom wiki.
Afflicted enemy changes:
• Afflicted enemies are now twice as likely to appear during the night.
• Afflicted enemies are now 1.5 times more likely to appear on Mistake difficulty.
• These increased appearance chances stack when playing on Mistake difficulty during the night.
• Afflicted enemies now deal 1.8 times their normal damage.
Hunger and starvation changes:
A lot of feedback has pointed towards hunger, and starvation in particular, not feeling like a noticeable enough threat.
• Starving now completely disables the player’s health regeneration.
• When time progresses while starving and awake, the player loses 20% of their maximum health.
• Hunger-consuming activities such as fishing, mining, and chopping trees now also deal damage equal to 5% of the player’s maximum health while starving.
• Starvation damage cannot reduce the player below 1 health.
Tooltip improvements:
• Most neutral numerical tooltip values are now displayed in green rather than white, making item values easier to read at a glance.
• Negative values continue to be displayed in red.
Mistaken Wiki:
The Mistaken Fandom wiki has received a major update and now covers most of the items currently available in the game, along with their crafting recipes.
The wiki is still a work in progress, and a lot of information is still missing, including details about enemies, areas, and several game mechanics. More pages and information will continue to be added over time.
