Surprise! Portal Foxes TD is releasing very soon, Monday 6/23! This will be a full release including the entire 25 level story campaign and everything mentioned on the store page. The base price is $10 USD, and there will be a 20% off sale briefly on release.
This release doesn't mean there won't be further updates and improvements, but we feel releasing in early access would be disingenuous since the game is not likely to change dramatically from this point. The release will include some changes to the tutorial and story dialogue based on recent feedback, but don't expect any major graphics or audio overhauls from the NextFest demo.
Speaking of the demo, it will be kept up indefinitely. Portal Foxes is a unique game that doesn't play like other VR or TD games. It's not for everyone. The demo is roughly the first quarter of the game and saves carry over to the full game. If you're reading this and thinking about whether to buy, stop.
