It's been a crazy journey over the past 2 years, but the game is finally ready to be released!
Release Date August 20.
It's a surreal feeling to have created a game with such large scope, as my first game as a solo developer. What started as a test, turned into 100 combat units, 13k lines of dialog (roughly), becoming a pixel artist, and learning how to manage numerous systems and structures.
While the main game is finished, I will listen to any feedback and make updates as seen fit. Being a solo dev, it's difficult to catch every bug, balance every aspect of combat, find every typo, etc. My goal is to make this a fun experience for all, whether you want to play for tactical combat, or ignore combat for story. My philosophy is games should be fun to play, and not gatekept.
As a solo dev, I've had to make sacrifices due to time constraints. This game is special to me for many reasons, and as such, I do have plans for future content. I have no plans for DLC, but FreeLC is on the table.
People told me to not make an RPG as my first game and that it would leave me with burnout, but that is incorrect! I am having a blast in game development! This is just the beginning of many more RPGs to come!
Thank you to all who have supported this dream!
