As promised, we'll be doing weekly updates. They will either release on friday or saturday.
Yet again, thanks to everyone for their feedback on the Steam forums! It really helps us get the best out of Nimble Writer.
- Added a setting to change how paragraphs are defined. They can now be set as one per line, or separated by an empty line. This can be changed in the metadata dialog, and in the "Defaults" panel in the settings.
- Added a more detailed way of adding images to a document. Note that not all exporters will respect all settings equally yet.
- Added the option to have a clock in fullscreen mode. This can be toggled in the application settings.
- Added support for dragging files (such as images) from Windows Explorer directly to the notes list.
- Added an option "Add chapter titles as headers" to PDF and ePub exporters.
- Added a new HTML template "HTMLTemplateNoHeaders.html" for the HTML exporter.
- Added new user note model types "date" and "datetime", which can be used to denote dates and times in notes.
- Added new user note model label key "format" for formatting data shown by labels. This could be a date or number format for example.
- Added a new user note "Advanced character" which contains some more fields. (Mostly used as an example on how to make different user notes.)
- Added a default margin of 1em to images in exports.
- Added an option to also export the background when saving a theme.
- Added Swedish spellchecker dictionary.
- Fixed a lot of memory leaking.
- Fixed application crashes sometimes not properly getting reported.
- Fixed a warning message that could happen with some exporters.
- Fixed word count statistics not properly applying when using the context menu to paste text.
- Fixed the taskbar sometimes overlaying when switching to fullscreen mode.
- Fixed crash when setting alpha in application color scheme.
- Fixed rare crash in user model.
- Fixed crash when selecting an icon theme that is inside of a zip file.
- Fixed the "images" key in json themes not working.
