What does this mean?
In short, you won't be able to use Scope X in Rust.
We want to clarify that, to our knowledge, no one has been banned, and we do not anticipate any bans resulting from this change.
This is strictly a block of our application in specifically Rust, and NOT in any other games. Thank you for your understanding.
