I'm going to have to stop jokingly saying there'll be nothing else major to fix, it just invites more hotfixes
Sort of Fix?:
- Made an Encounter in SCP revisit guaranteed in the area they're meant to be found in (as no one's ever encountered them)
Changes:
- Halved Blue Path requirement of Protoplego (was too specific to do in the time limit)
- Made some pauses in Belarone Encounter longer for readability's sake
