⚙️ Fixes and Stability
Fixed a critical issue where, after finishing a boss battle using the CTB system, the game failed to return to the ATB system for regular encounters.
Resolved a visual bug that caused a greenish tint across the entire game, restoring proper color representation.
Performed internal adjustments and event optimization, removing unnecessary logic and improving overall performance.
The game now preloads assets on startup, reducing loading times and improving map-to-map transitions.
⚔️ Combat and Balance
Removed trap-based combat triggers. The game has returned to the traditional random encounter system, fully simplifying how encounters work.
Reduced the number of enemies present on maps:
Before: up to 10 enemies.
Now: a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5. Enemies still respawn, but the experience is smoother, less overwhelming, and more performance-friendly.
Applied minor adjustments to the following status effects:
Burn
Hide
Removed the action that automatically opened the inventory after defeating a boss, as it was disruptive to gameplay flow.
🧭 New Content
Added two new enemies:
Umbral Fox
Abyssal Scorpion
These enemies appear in a new desert biome, consisting of 3 maps, expanding exploration and combat variety.
Upon entering the desert biome for the first time, the game warns the player that this will be a long journey, reinforcing narrative coherence and the sense of a true expedition.
The desert biome was designed with a structure that may expand in the future, allowing for new areas and challenges.
The Tower of Martyrdom has been relocated to the desert biome.
Enemies that previously appeared exclusively in the mines can now also be encountered in the open desert map.
Several maps received visual improvements, strengthening the overall atmosphere of the world.
📜 Interface and Quality of Life (QoL)
Removed a rarely used function that allowed quick item consumption from the menu by pressing the Shift key.
Added a new option to Áureo’s menu:
Quick Heal: when selected, the game automatically searches through your healing items, from the weakest to the strongest, until all party members are fully healed.
In the desert biome, the minimap is disabled by default, enhancing the sense of exploration, isolation, and danger.
