v1.0.28 - Bug Fixes

Fixed some additional bugs
- On controller, no fighting between scene-assigned inputs
- Cannot exit dungeons while in combat any more
- Fixed reset variables for winning / losing against an enemy in a dungeon
- Fixed movement between screens issue
