✨ Scenery enhancements
New scenery has been added on the main map, including a playground and gazebo.

Changes
o Changed: Prevented a cash exploit where the player was able to sell some scenery items of the main map.
o Changed: added a schoolboard inside the training room including an easter egg.
Bug fixes
o Fixed: in update 1.3 changes were made for the vehicle and car setup. This introduced a bug where the player was able to walk through the scene boundries in first person mode. This bug has been fixed.
o Fixed: a small inconsistency in the UI on the 'start new project (phase 1)' window.
