Placeable object can now be scaled up or down.
Set scale constraints to min 25% (0.25) and max 250% (2.5) of original prefab object.
Added new scaling mode and custom cursor icon during object placement.

o Changed: the sorting within the object placement menu. Will now better sort items with prefixes like _1 _2 etc.
