Added new tiles for use in user levels
Implemented a mechanism to ensure empty (fully transparent, no attributes) tiles in existing levels remain unchanged after the tileset update (affected tiles will be replaced with the canonical "empty" tile on level load)
Added a "highlight new tiles" feature to the tileset picker, this highlights all tiles that were newly added in this update
It's now possible to adjust the orientation (left/right) of the TankBot actor
Added new actor: DynamicTileAdjuster. This allows modifying (adding/removing) tiles in the level with a trigger (EventTrigger or switch/key slot)
Picking up the following items will now show the associated message even when tutorials are disabled, as long as info messages are enabled:
Nuclear bomb
Anti-radiation pill
Tri-key
Special key
Secret level warp gem
Story-related items in E4L13
Fixed a bug that could cause an unintended boss health bar to appear in E2L10 after loading a save
