This week I made a ton of progress with the demo for Dungeon Bodega Simulator! Working on getting the build as complete as it can for Next Fest. Had the chance to playtest with a few friends this week and am starting to make balancing adjustments to the demo playthrough. The demo will be available in a few weeks for everyone to try!
In other news I also recorded a quick gameplay trailer so that we can have something ready for Next Fest as a backup! Hopefully this gives folks a good glimpse at whats in store, but we'll already need to re-edit it because of the feature's we've been adding!
Full Changelist for the Demo, in order or importance:
Added: You can pet the cat and the slimes!!
Added: Tools will reset when you sleep so you dont lose them
Added: Customers will request potions if you have the ingredients to make them
Added: Day notification on wakeup
Added: Partial orders can be completed if you have some but not all items in a customer's order
Bug Fix: Fixed wall and floor collision for physics items in the basement
Bug Fix: Fixed the head bob animation playing during automatic menus
Bug Fix: Seeds no longer just plant bannanas, but the correct fruit
Bug Fix: Cheese works now
Bug Fix: Slimes can be added and removed from their boxes
Balancing Fix: Customer count per day max lowered from 10 to 8
And finally, the demo also has its own page if you'd like to wishlist it and get a notification when it is available for you to check out! We will be really hyping it up for Next Fest but it will be available beforehand:
Thank ya'll for the support and hype for the game, it means the world! See you next week!
