Hello again, Pool Fans!
The wait is finally over - Pure Pool Pro is now live on Steam!
Whether you're stepping up for your first frame or diving straight into competitive online play, we’re incredibly proud to finally put this into your hands. Thank you for being part of the journey.
Starting Launch Day with a Celebration: We've Just Hit 30,000 Total Wishlists across all Platforms!
🚨 Launch Day Support & Reporting Issues
As with any launch, there may be the occasional issue that only surfaces once thousands of players jump in. If you encounter a bug or technical problem, please report it via our support form here:
Feedback Form
Detailed reports (platform, settings, system spec, steps to reproduce, screenshots where possible) genuinely help us diagnose and resolve issues faster. We’ll be monitoring feedback closely.
Leave Us a Review
If you're joining us at the table in Pure Pool Pro today, we’d hugely appreciate you leaving an honest Steam review once you’ve spent some time with the game.
Reviews really help small teams like ours reach new players and keep growing the community - they're particularly important on launch week!

A Quick Note from the Team
We’re a small, UK-based team working as hard as we possibly can to support the game. Our core working hours are 9:00–17:30 (Mon–Fri, UK time). If you report something and don’t see an immediate response, please bear with us - we’ll respond as quickly as we can, and we truly appreciate your patience and respect.
Thank you for supporting Pure Pool Pro.
We’ll see you at the table.
