Dear players,
Thank you all for your continued support and attention!
We’re thrilled to announce that “Eastern Era” will officially take part in the Steam Next Fest from October 13th to October 20th!
During the event, we warmly invite all new and returning sect leaders to join the demo — to establish your sect, train your disciples, and embark on a brand-new martial journey across the Eastern lands!
🏯 Demo Overview
Unlimited playtime: Enjoy the demo freely throughout the 7-day Next Fest — no time limit, play as long as you wish.
Around 20% of total content unlocked: Experience nearly half of the core gameplay and explore the foundation of our vast, seamless open world.
⚔️ What You Can Experience in the Demo
This demo offers around two hours of content, allowing you to:
✨ Experience the main early-game flow of founding your sect.
✨ Defend against bandit invasions — or strike back by destroying their camps.
✨ Explore ancient ruins and uncover long-lost martial arts.
✨ Cultivate inner power and master over ten different martial disciplines with your disciples.
🛠️ About This Demo
For this demo, the full sect management features are temporarily disabled, as we want your first true sect-building experience in the official release to feel complete — with rival factions, trade, diplomacy, and even... “recruiting” talented disciples from other sects (you know what we mean 😉).
We’re reserving these systems to ensure the world of Eastern Era feels alive and interconnected when it officially launches.
🌿What’s Available Now
Don’t worry — we’ve prepared plenty of content for you to enjoy during the demo:
✅ Cultivate and master various martial arts and inner skills.
✅ Build structures, place decorations, and grow bonsai to shape your sect’s environment.
To bring the game to more players, we're currently using AI for translations in several languages. We know it might not be perfect, so if you find the quality lacking, please switch back to English for a smoother experience. If you're enjoying your time with the game, we'd be incredibly grateful if you could add it to your wishlist. Seeing strong wishlist support from a particular language community is the clearest sign for us to invest in a professional, high-quality translation for you before our full launch. Thank you for your support!
Note: Some language versions (Korean, Russian, German, and French) currently use AI-generated translations.
If more players from these regions add the game to their wishlist, we’ll commission professional localization to provide a higher-quality experience.

1. Vast Seamless World · Free Exploration
Roam freely across a boundless martial world — mountains, valleys, ruins, and lakes form a complete living ecosystem.
Experience ever-changing environments shaped by seasons, weather, and time of day: rivers rise and fall, wild beasts lurk in the grass, and storms roll across the land.
The world is not just scenery — it affects your disciples’ stamina and mood, making every journey full of uncertainty and challenge.
2. Free Construction · Sandbox Management
Start from the wilds: gather wood and stone, hunt wild animals, and build your first simple camp.
As your disciples and resources grow, you can freely design the layout of your sect — from humble huts to grand martial halls, built brick by brick with your own hands.
No preset answers, no fixed path — just your choices, your creativity, and the story you build.
3. Dynamic Weather · Extreme Survival
A fully dynamic weather and seasonal system shapes your survival and strategy.
Blizzards block resource gathering, scorching heat drains stamina, rainstorms cause floods, and lightning can even strike your buildings.
Every shift in weather brings both risk and opportunity — testing your ability to adapt, plan, and endure.
4. Character Growth · Battle the Bandits
Your disciples grow stronger through cultivation and training.
Equip them with martial skills to defend your camp from raiders — and when ready, lead them on the offensive to wipe out the bandit strongholds that threaten your sect.
Combat and cultivation are closely linked — every disciple has the potential to become a vital force in your rise to power.
💬 A Kind Reminder
As Eastern Era is still under development, the demo version may contain bugs, placeholder content, or incomplete translations. We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
You’re warmly welcome to join our official Discord community to share feedback, report issues, or discuss gameplay details directly with the development team.
