Hey everyone,
We want to take a moment to talk openly about the business model behind Spooky Night—what it is, why we chose it, and how it benefits both you as a player and us as developers.
🎮 Free to Play, Truly
At its core, Spooky Night is completely free to play. Not "free-to-try", not "free-but-pay-to-win"—just free. All features are unlocked for everyone. Whether you're playing casually with friends or diving deep into social deduction strategy, you won’t miss out on any gameplay functionality because you didn’t pay.
We believe everyone should be able to enjoy Spooky Night equally.
💎 Rewards for Every Player
Every player earns gold and receives a free skin at the end of each match. You don't have to spend anything to personalize your character or enjoy the rewards system. Skins are randomly awarded, and you will gradually build up your collection just by playing.
The free tier allows you to store up to 700 skins. That’s more than enough for even the most fashion-forward werewolves out there!
🧛♂️ VIP Tiers
We do offer two VIP tiers for players who want to support the game and get a little more in return—without making the game unfair or pay-to-win.
🥈 VIP Tier #1
- Costs $6 (One-Time Purchase)
- Get two random skins after every match
- Earn more gold per game
- Unlimited inventory space for skins
🥇 VIP Tier #2
- Costs $10 (One-Time Purchase, Requires Tier #1)
- Get three random skins after every match
- Earn even more gold
These tiers are designed to reward support, not lock features behind a paywall. They’re simple, honest, and permanent—no subscriptions, no time limits, no hidden micro-transactions.
🤝 Why This Model?
We chose this model because we believe it’s player-friendly and sustainable. Here’s what we’re aiming for:
- Fairness: No pay-to-win mechanics. Everyone plays on the same level.
- Gratitude: Free players are part of this game’s lifeblood. We reward your time, not your wallet.
- Support: Paid tiers help us continue improving the game, adding new roles, skins, events, and features—all without compromising fairness.
- Transparency: No traps. No predatory pricing. What you see is what you get.
💬 Final Thoughts
We’re a small, passionate team. Every dollar earned from VIP purchases goes directly into making Spooky Night better—for all players. Whether you’re a free player or a VIP, you're part of our haunted little village, and we’re thankful you're here.
If you enjoy Spooky Night, tell your friends, join our @Discord, and leave a review. That kind of support means the world to us.
Thanks for playing—and stay spooky!
