3.24 Update v0.82

1. Repainted the stickers for.45 pistol, silencer pistol, bulletproof plate, shell casings, and all weapon ejection magazines
2. Reset the player life/armor UI
3. Delete the original enemy life/armor UI and add the head-up display enemy status UI
