Hotfix - Basilisk and Death's Forge

Bug Fix:

1. Basilisk Statuette
- Should now properly freeze Reinforcement Dice and then if those are not banked in the next roll OR frozen again, will be removed from the bowl.

2. Death's Forge II
- Should now properly add Upgraded Dice in rounds 6 and 7 if Death has Dice left to upgrade.

3. Tooltips
- Lucky Dice II and Luckier Dice II now have the correct Tooltips.
