We congratulate everyone on the past holidays and the New Year!
While working on the main part of the game, we've accumulated such a large number of various improvements and fixes that it amounts to a full update for the demo version as well. Meet update 0.40.00
We'll try to describe the most significant changes, fixes, and updates:
Critical bug fixes:
* Fixed a crash that occurred when using invalid characters in save file names. These characters are now not allowed.
Graphical changes:
* We've revised the quest icon design. They now better match the game's style and theme.
* Many character portraits have been finalized. Work in this direction continues.
Balance fixes:
* Significantly changed the parameters of the bow and shield.
* Improved all weapon types with random projectiles to random points (clay jug, apple of discord, and dragon teeth) - the area they land in is now reduced so they always fall closer to the center.
* Fixed parameters for some mobs (these are not full balance fixes yet, final ones will come later)
New mechanics:
* New Prophecies and Gifts of the Gods mechanics have been added to the game. To fully appreciate these additions, you need to play through almost the entire demo version.
We continue working on the game and will be happy to share further development news with you.
Best regards, the "AGAPIKA" team!
