Greetings, friends.
This post marks the release of this project in Early Access. At last, I can present it to you and let you try it out.
Yes, right now it's a relatively small project, with the core gameplay already implemented. But even now, you can play it with your friends — cooperatively, against AI bots, or against each other. Several core modes are already available, along with a few weapons to choose from and one large, detailed map. It may not be much, but it's the foundation of the project.
I want to build this project together with you — based on your feedback and suggestions. I’ll be watching the discussions here on the forum, and I’ll be in touch with you directly. Each of you has a chance to influence the future development of the project. If someone’s idea receives strong community support, I’ll do my best to implement it in the best possible way.
There are no layers of managers and producers between you and me — no one to bury your feedback or steer the project down the wrong path out of misguided instinct. When you speak here, you can be sure that your words will reach the creator directly — they will be heard and considered. I personally read every comment and every review.
Yes, I used templates and asset packs in the project. That helped me significantly speed up development and avoid many design pitfalls while building the core. But that doesn’t mean development was easy. Every template still needs to be adapted for the specific mechanics and feel of the game. That takes skill in working with someone else’s code and turning it into something of your own.
Even large companies reuse years-old frameworks and tools across projects. That’s standard in the game industry.
I hope this is just the beginning of a long journey we’ll take together. I truly believe we can create a great game — one that’s fun for you, your friends, and for me to play too.
I didn’t launch a Kickstarter campaign for this game. The only financial support I have comes through the Early Access sales. When you buy the game, you’re directly supporting me as the developer. I don’t have a publisher or investors — only my own money and my own heart invested into this project.
Thank you for being here. And see you soon.
The journey begins… today at EEST (UTC+3): 20:00
