Patch Notes 1.09

- You can now adjust the volume of music and sound, rather than just toggles
- All bosses now have an announcement when they appear.
- Dragons now have a little hype sequence, you'll see!
- Lance now continues attacking in the last direction you last held
- Recalculated lance formula damage slightly (overall a nerf but mostly when moving slow)
- Gelf, Maz and Clover's move speed reduced now with the new increased acceleration
