Event Description:
A new patch is live with a bunch of small but meaningful improvements! Most of these came straight from watching playthroughs and listening to your feedback. A big thank you to all the YouTubers who took the time to explore the Valley. You're all truly appreciated.
Highlights:
The creepy static effect will now reliably trigger when you're carrying a certain item... and not alone.
The day now starts an hour earlier, giving you more time to explore before things get… complicated.
Gathering now pauses movement. No more wandering off mid-forage.
Torches and stoves now emit proper fire visuals and sounds.
Crafting now shows tooltips, and lets you know when your inventory is full.
A few UI terms are now properly localized.
Dropped sewing kits no longer float in mid-air (unless haunted).
A certain metro tunnel event will now trigger properly.
Small tweaks to swamp textures and missing ambience have been added.
Fixed a rare issue where foraging wouldn’t complete.
Thanks to everyone who's been playing, exploring, and leaving feedback. Keep it coming, and stay safe out there.
