I've finally added some colorblindness support to the game, in the form of near complete control over the eight resource colors used throughout the game. And if you aren't colorblind, you can still adjust them however you see fit; like pastels? grayscale?, or maybe you just prefer your flesh well-done? Go for it.
The current limitations are that many items use secondary colors or bright highlights that may look out of place, and you are prevented from selecting very dark colors, as that doesn't play nicely with UI elements that have to match your selected colors.
I would like to provide a good colorblindness profile so players don't have to create it themselves; if anyone can send or post a screenshot of a profile that they think works well for this (a single screenshot of the options menu, which displays all of the resource icons, is sufficient), I can sample your colors and work that into the game as a single option, to save others time =).
Thanks to a generous and talented member of our Steam community, Tom Paine, there is also a new chiptune-inspired music track to try out in the options (track 7). It is not in the regular rotation, but give it a listen and let me know what you think.
