Welcome to the inception of a new age for Third Crisis.
This standalone game is a prequel to Third Crisis and takes place during its five-year timeskip, before Jenna reappears in Carceburg. It's been three years since the Third Crisis shook the world. And the Global Andro Government - GAG - now controls most of it.
The heroes are gone. And in the biggest city in the world, resourcefulness is the only way to survive.
Dive into Neon City is Zoey, a down-on-her-luck merc, and steer her down your preferred path. Piece together a living in the shady underbelly of one of the largest population centers in the world under GAG’s control.
