Greetings Ballers,
We would like to inform you that we have encountered an unexpected issue
affecting the EU Tournament. Matches are currently stuck in a “Preparing Match”
state and unable to proceed normally.
In order to prevent further disruptions, we have also made the decision to
terminate the ongoing NA Tournament until the issue is fully resolved.
Our team is actively investigating this matter and working to implement a
fix as quickly as possible. Rest assured, we are prioritizing this issue and
will provide updates once stability is restored.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and greatly
appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on resolving
the problem.
Your tournament experience is very important to us, and we are
committed to ensuring fair and enjoyable gameplay.
Thank you for your continued support.
