Hotfix 3 - Found another soft-lock

Hi anyone. Some small fixes for big problems:

• Fixed "hard mode unlocked" button sometimes not becoming active which caused a soft-lock.
• Fixed missing SFX on defeating the secret boss.
• Set the cursor to be confined in the game window.

Thanks all. If you find bugs please tell us. It helps us out a lot.
