Hey everyone! 🌌
I’m here to share the latest update for Orbital Cascade, and I’ve been working hard to make this release packed with new features, gameplay tweaks, and visual improvements.
Here’s what’s new:
🎮 Gameplay Update: Two New Ball Types!
I’ve added two special balls to shake things up:
🌀 Black Hole Balls:
They match with any color, making them super versatile!
But here’s the catch—they’re tough to clear! Each Black Hole Ball has 1 to 4 HP and requires multiple explosions to remove.
🧱 Brick Balls:
These can’t be removed from the board and don’t contribute to any chains, they are actual bricks... so you’ll have to plan your moves around them and good luck with that.
These new ball types add a new layer of strategy that I think you’ll enjoy figuring out!
🖼️ Other Updates and Improvements
Crispier Sprites: I’ve updated the visuals to give the game a sharper, more polished look.
Clearer Tutorial: I made some tweaks to the tutorial to help new players get into the game faster.
Minor Menu Fixes: Cleaned up some menu behavior to make navigation smoother.
I hope you enjoy these updates as much as I enjoyed creating them! As always, I’d love to hear your feedback, so feel free to drop a comment or message me with your thoughts.
Thanks so much for your support—it means the world to me!
Happy cascading! 🚀
