We've worked incredibly hard to craft a fascinating new take on the roguelike genre, set in a hand-crafted crystalpunk world, and a variety of strategy gamers, board-game fans, and roguelike players who have gotten their hands on us have had a great time! But words and even images pale next to the power of play and so we have an exciting announcement:
Crystal Rail will release a public demo on January 31st 2025!
After almost 3 years of development and half a year of closed beta testing, Crystal Rail will finally be playable for all to see! The game will still be in a beta-testing phase, will only have a few characters available, and may contain bugs and placeholder art. However, we believe the gameplay loop is now in a place where the pacing and strategy are compelling enough to put it out into the world! And we hope you will enjoy.
For those of you keen to give feedback on the demo when it comes out, or just learn more, we hope you will join our discord which will soon change its channels to allow for open feedback from anyone playing the demo!
We hope you'll join us for this maiden voyage soon!
All aboard!
