Update #31 - Gravity Gun balance + weapon optimization

Regular Update 31 is live.

Gravity Gun - time speed limits adjusted (difficulty-based):

• Easy: 200% max

• Medium: 250% max

• Hard: 300% max (unchanged)

This is a meaningful gameplay balance change for Gravity Gun runs. Easy is now much easier to keep tempo and stay in control. Scoring balance stays in check because the score multiplier scales with time speed - lower limits mean lower multiplier. Hard remains the same for high-score runs.

Also: weapon performance improvements in this update.
