Minor Update and Improvements

- Replaced flicker (energy) bar with red and blue boxes
- Added facial expressions for player flame
- Added buttons to navigate quickly between levels
- Added hotkeys to most buttons, hotkeys are shown when mouse hovers over button
- Added interactive elements to level select screen
- Changes to many levels, challenging levels start hidden
