Thank you to everyone who has purchased MALPRAXIS™ and taken the time to leave feedback. We have been reading everything closely. At launch, a portion of systemic content was temporarily disabled.
We are now restoring those systems in stages while addressing issues that have surfaced during launch week. This update focuses on stability improvements, restoring core systemic functionality, and resolving progression issues reported during launch week.
We’re continuing to re-enable systems carefully to ensure stability as we expand operational depth.
Shift System
Re-enabled operation order randomisation. Shifts now contain 3 defined operations, played in a random order.
This excludes Shift 0 & 4. (Full operation pool randomisation will return in a future update.)
Systemic Restorations

Using the defibrillator on deceased patients now correctly inflicts malpractice & comments from the medical team.
Defibrillator animations and VFX restored globally.
