v0.8.3 Transfers updates and financial graphs

This version brings a lot of new features to the transfer logic of the game. Players can now be loaned to other teams for the rest of the season. It is now also easier to sell players, by setting their transfer state to "For sell". Additionally a player has now also team role, that affects transfers and morality. Current team roles are: key player, rotation player, reserve, future star and youth player. The role also affects how player morality evolves over time, depending on game time. A key player expects to play a lot, while a reserve player will be happy sitting on the bench.
This features where quite some work and created a lot of transfer logic edge cases. If you find anything that still feels wrong about the new transfers or team roles, let me know!

I'm also really happy to announce that this version includes code by the first code contributor! Over 60 translation contributors helped to translate the game, but nobody had contributed code yet. This has now changed and Novarama becomes the first code contributor of the project. They contributes the player release fee logic and implemented the financial graphs.
