- collision updates to pushback less on patients
- added a little more funk to the main menu music, because that's how Mikey likes it
- iOS : added achievement integration with Game Center
- android : added achievement integration with Play Store
- adjusted initialize to send all achievements earned in game to store, in case some were earned offline
UI
- added Patch Notes button on Options menu with these notes as first entry
- replaced missing Find-A-Medic logo on Start Game screen
- added time limit hints to difficulty text, and faxed speelling
- added time limit hints to Tutorial screen
- copied main menu's Quit confirm dialog to the pause menu's Exit To System button

- patient health in ALS 10->7 (i could beat it, but still)

- increased base swing distance 3->10

- Stipends was useless without hitting 2x/3x breakpoints, now it gives its % bonus at end of round, separate from base pay (thanks JordanS)
