We’ve successfully integrated the Steam SDK into the game, bringing Steam features like achievements, and other platform-specific functionalities directly to A World at War: Tactics. This is a major step toward preparing the game for Steam’s release, ensuring that all the necessary features are in place to enhance the player experience.
What does this mean for you?
Steam Features Incoming: Soon, you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits Steam offers, from achievements to Steam Workshop support, making your experience even more immersive!
New Animations: Bringing Your Units to Life!
We’re working hard on implementing new animations for the units to make their movements feel more dynamic and natural. Whether they’re walking, attacking, or reacting to the environment, these new animations will add more life to the battlefield and give you a more immersive experience.

More Fluidity: Expect smoother, more realistic animations that will make each unit’s actions feel more impactful and visually engaging.


Achievements Added: Progress and Rewards!
This week, we’ve also added the first set of achievements into the game. These are now fully integrated into the game’s code, and as you progress, you’ll be rewarded with unique achievements that track your success and milestones.
