We are very excited to share the Worldwide Rush Demo with you all. We worked very hard to make sure it as enjoyable as possible, even with the limited content. It might be still rough around the edges, but we believe your feedback will help us improve it further. We planned to release it sooner, but our testing showed that we needed to polish certain things.
At this stage, the demo includes the United Kingdom and Ireland, as they offer a great choice of possible transportation types. You should have a nice taste of the early game with 21 vehicles in total and hopefully a lot of replayability with different settings.
Our plan now is to keep updating this demo, as it is still missing features and we want to test gameplay with controlled steps to ensure that all parts are enjoyable. Next updates will include AI, infrastructure and other additions based on feedback. In between, expect small fixes and changes to improve the overall experience.
Fun fact: the shortest scheduled passenger flight in the world is UK Westray to Papa Westray. It lasts approximately 90 seconds and covers only the length of 2.7 km. A majority of the time is dedicated to takeoffs and landings.
